Our muffin of the month is… Apple Zucchini!
Spring is almost upon us, and biting into one of our fresh-baked Apple Zucchini Muffins will make you feel like it’s already here. This muffin is one of our favourites, and it’s sure to become one of yours, too. (The hints of green may just gain you a little extra luck in time for St. Patrick’s Day, as well!)
