Our cupcake of the month is…Coconut Hibiscus! Our moist vanilla cupcake is filled with coconut hibiscus cream, and is perfectly framed with a swirl of hibiscus “cream cheese” frosting and toasted coconut. The sweet, tangy essence of the hibiscus melds with the creamy coconut to create a flavour that will sweep you to the tropics! How perfect for a work day snack!
Our feature cupcakes are baked in our nut-free bakery, and of course are also free of eggs, dairy, preservatives, and refined sugars.
