Our February Muffin of the Month is… Chocolate Beet!
Dark cocoa powder and chocolate chips combine with earthy beets to give this muffin a rich, sumptuous flavor. We added a hefty dash of warming cinnamon for a muffin that will really get your heart “beeting”!
