Our September Muffin of the Month is… Coconut Sugar-Sweetened Apple!
This muffin combines the rich caramel flavour of coconut sugar with a touch of cinnamon, baked apples, and a sugar-encrusted slice baked right on top. It’s soft, moist, and delicious enough that you’ll want another even before you’ve finished the first one!
