Sure, carrots might not be an obvious choice for dessert, but that makes us love it even more. We feel that by making organic carrots the top ingredient in our Spiced Carrot Cake, you get a dessert that’s not only delicious, but makes you feel a bit better about indulging a moist, sweet, and slightly spiced dessert.
