It’s ice cream sandwich season, one of our favourite seasons! It’s almost impossible to enjoy this frozen treat without an enormous smile peeping through between mouthfuls of delicious cookies and ice cream. Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself.
This month’s challenge:
Show us your vegan ice cream sandwiches! Take two of your favourite vegan cookies, scoop your favourite vegan ice cream onto one of the cookies, and then close the other cookie on top – voila! We will be selecting a winner to receive a $25 Sweets from the Earth Gift Certificate!
